These Terms govern access to EbookEmpress and the creation, generation, preview, subscription and download services we provide. By using EbookEmpress, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your Google account secure and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. EbookEmpress may restrict or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively or unlawfully.
2. AI-assisted generation
EbookEmpress uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems to help plan, write, illustrate and format ebooks. Generated material may contain errors, omissions, similarities to existing material or unsuitable advice. You must review and approve the accuracy, legality, citations, permissions and suitability of every ebook before publishing, distributing or selling it.
3. Subscriptions and credits
The free plan allows up to 3 ebook previews. An active paid subscription or complimentary publishing access expressly granted by EbookEmpress is required for complete-book generation and PDF, DOCX or EPUB downloads. Promotional credits alone do not unlock these features.
Complimentary publishing access gives selected accounts the paid publishing features and the same commercial-use permissions, using their available credits. It does not create a paid subscription, automatically grant or renew credits, or remove normal generation charges and technical limits. We may revoke complimentary access; revocation does not cancel a separately active paid subscription or remove your saved books and credit balance.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices, included credits and generation costs are shown before purchase or generation and may be changed for future billing periods with appropriate notice. Credits are an internal service allowance, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed outside EbookEmpress. Promotional credits and preview entitlements are limited acquisition benefits and may be subject to separate limits.
Accepting a generation quote reserves the displayed credits for that scope. We restore the appropriate internal credits when a system-caused failure prevents completion. We do not charge additional credits merely because a provider used more computing resources than estimated for an accepted fixed quote.
Unused promotional credits stay on your account when you subscribe. Each successful monthly payment adds the credits included in your plan. Unlimited book creation means there is no free-preview cap on a paid plan; generation still uses credits and remains subject to technical and anti-abuse limits. Checkout shows the payable amount before you confirm payment.
4. Cancellation and no-refund policy
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves paid access available through the end of the current billing period. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, subscription payments and purchased or granted credits are non-refundable. This policy does not prevent EbookEmpress from restoring internal credits after a verified system failure.
Contact support if you cannot access billing or believe a payment or credit balance is incorrect. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal, refund or remedy rights.
5. Your content and commercial use
You retain your rights in material you submit. As between you and EbookEmpress, paid users and users granted complimentary publishing access may commercially use, modify, publish and sell the ebooks they create, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant EbookEmpress the limited permission needed to process, store and transmit your material in order to operate the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads and finished publications do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. EbookEmpress does not guarantee that generated material is unique, registrable, non-infringing or accepted by any marketplace.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use EbookEmpress for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity; to violate another person's rights; to distribute malware; to bypass credits, subscriptions, rate limits or access controls; to scrape or overload the service; or to create accounts for the purpose of farming promotional benefits. We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers or the service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but generation providers, payment systems and hosting services may fail or become unavailable. We may change or discontinue features, models, limits and supported export formats. We will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss of saved customer projects.
8. Disclaimers and liability
EbookEmpress is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for lost profits, lost sales, marketplace rejection, publication decisions or indirect or consequential losses arising from generated material or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice where required.
